- The submitted video must not be visually or digitally manipulated in any way; video splicing or any other edits are not permitted.
- The following video platforms are acceptable: YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo, Bilibili, and Youku.
- Ideally, only the performer and possibly a videographer and/or page-turner should be present during the videotaping to keep distractions to a minimum.
- Try to eliminate external noises as much as possible.
- The video must capture the performers’ body including feet and the instrument at a steady angle throughout the performance.
- Both acoustic and electrical instruments are acceptable for piano exams providing they have a complete keyboard and can communicate a range of dynamics required in the music.
- Memory is optional and no extra marks are awarded for memorization.
- An assessment report and mark will be emailed to the performer within 14 days of registration.
- Complete assessments will be awarded Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze certificates and emailed along with the assessment report.
- The assessors’ report and mark are final and cannot be disputed. No correspondence with the assessor
is allowed. - Performers can register for the same level of exam as many times as they wish in order to receive musical perspectives from different assessors.
